Returns & Refund Information

Nanna’s Melts do not accept refunds or returns on custom, wrong choice or sale items unless there is a fault.
If items are damaged due to poor handling or lost once shipped we are not liable and the responsibility then becomes of the courier and will need to be taken up with them. However, if you’ve received a damaged item please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.
